Scope of Works :
HHT Construction Co., Ltd. is the Project & Construction Manager of Phase I Development. Building A is a 1-level basement and 34-storey high rise building, with 1,032 units including studios and 1- 2 bedroom condos for sale. Their sizes range from 25.1 to 66.0 m². Common facilities including Sky Terraces. Sky Gardens, Library, Kid’s Club, Swimming Pools, Fitness & Aerobic Rooms, Multi –function rooms etc. are provided in Building A for tenants’ exclusive use. Building D is a 2-level basement and 16-storey car park building equipped with car lift system.
