Hip Hing Construction (Thailand) Co., Ltd. was incorporated on 20^th December, 2007 with the registered head office address at 21 Soi Choei Phuang, Viphavadi-Rangsit Road, Jompol, Jatujak, Bangkok 10900.

Hip Hing Construction (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is a joint venture between BTS Group Holdings Public Company Limited and Hip Hing Overseas Limited. Hip Hing Overseas Limited is a leading contractor in Hong Kong with extensive international experience in construction of various large overseas projects and has the know-how and technology for mega & technically complex construction works. Since 15^th December, 2010, the shareholding structure of the Company had been changed by the Purchase and Sale Agreement between Li Kay Engineering Co., Ltd., (a Hong Kong based civil and foundation company) and Hip Hing Overseas Limited in Hong Kong. As of 1^st December, 2011, the joint venture had officially changed its name to HHT Construction Co., Ltd. with new company logo.

The Shareholders structure between BTS Group Holdings PCL & Li Kay Engineering Co., Ltd. is 51% and 49% respectively. The registered capital is Baht 25 Million with 100% being paid up already.

to provide detailed planning with proper resource allocation and effective procurement & sub-contracting strategy while emphasizing commitment to scheduled (or milestones) completion dates, good safety & environmental performance both at the job site & surrounding areas, and best workmanship of the works;

to assist our Clients in timely design co-ordination & clarification of works and to advise our Clients on best value-engineering solutions;

to control and manage for our Clients, the overall construction costs budget and time frame during all construction phases of the project; and

to deploy an experienced professional team of construction supervisors & site engineering staffs with full management & technical supports for meeting the work demands & the Client’s project objectives.
